Arrival of Mary Boleyn

Alexei has a look of excitement on face. To see the King of England to get his permission to marry Mary Boleyn. I see that they makes each other very happy and my warms my heart to see them in love.

I smile at my sisters and at Mary Boleyn.

"I will be very pleased to hear what your King has to say about the match. How soon can we set out for England?

I smile at Alexei and I gently touch his face.

. My dear Alexei. I would not feel right to leave now. At Least until I have a meeting your father and if she is feeling better your mother. I would like to have their blessings. Then we can go to England to meet my family and King Henry. You may have met him for he was in Sweden for King Gustav and Queen Mary. I hope that you can understand. I would not want to marry against your family's wishes. I love you and I will never forgive myself if because of me you have an argument with your parents.

I looked at Mary.

"I felt that may be the case Mary and so I have arranged with mother and father for a meeting as they are both keen on meeting you. Mother has managed to regain her health and is in good spirits. Father can be quite hard to please at times Mary. I just warn you of this.

. Wonderful. I am happy that I can meet your parents. I know that your mother is still completely healed but she is willing to meet me and your father will meet with me but he is not easy to please. So I will try to make a good impression so that he can see that I will try to make you happy

I thought to myself please Father give your blessings. Mary is going to make Alexei happy. He would want Alexei to marry a princess. He has found no one that made him smile the way that Mary has. Just looking at him should show Father that Alexei wants to be with Mary.
