I do like the way that you are very forward with your questions. I did want to say to you my condolences on your recent smallpox infection, I do hope that you are recovering well.

I write to you as I did hear that you are still unmarried and given our positions, I shall present to you an offer to accept my hand in marriage, should you accept as your sister did.
