Bedchamber of Maria of Aragon

I had come to visit my wife as I had been informed that she had given birth. I entered her chamber and saw she was sitting up holding a child.
"My love I am so pleased to see that you are sitting up. I hope that you are well and that the birth went well?

Queen Maria was pleased to see her husband and that he wanted to see her. "The child is all right as I am as well. I am happy to present you with an heir."

I smiled at my wife as she showed me my son.

"An heir well that is the best news that you could have given me Maria. Please let me hold my son. What name should we call him.

My mother asked to see me. I wonder if my father has spoken to her about a good match for me. I went to her chamber door and knocked. Her chambermaid open the door and escorted me to see Mother.
